Was Quannah Parker the leader of a Comanche tribe?

 

Quannah Parker (see our Logo) was perhaps the most legendary of all Comanche Chiefs.  http://www.thehistorynet.com/reviews/bk_quanah.htm features an excellent review of a book on his life and times,. Quannah Parker's grave can be seen at Fort Sills, in Comanche County, Oklahoma.
